Refund policy

  • RMA Required: All returns must be approved first and assigned a Return Merchandise Authorization number.
  • Window: Return requests must begin within 30 days of delivery.
  • Customer-Paid Return Freight: Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
  • Condition Rules: Mounted, driven-on, inflated, deflated, repaired, patched, worn, or damaged tires are not returnable.
  • Packaging: Products must be clean, unmounted, and returned in original condition with labels intact.
